Muffin recipe for microwave
Add ¼ cup of water to 1/2 cup of mix and stir
Pop in the microwave for 2 minutes

Muffin recipe for conventional oven
Pre- heeat oven to 375F.
Add ¼ cup of water to 1/2 cup of mix and stir
Stir water and muffin mix until well blended, then fill into a lightly greased or paper lined muffin tin, filling 2/3 full. Bake 16-18 minutes or until a tooth pic comes out clean. Let it cool and enjoy!
